Don’t be enslaved by some artificial, systematic rules of thinking or ready formulas.
Don’t be fooled by aesthetics / what is outside (train to function not form).
Don’t focus only upon the mechanical, physical, quantifiable elements that contribute to performance and injury prevention/rehabilitation.
Each movement breed (athlete, dancer etc) playing the games will find their own individual movement solutions / responses to any given task. This will re-enforce their own development and understanding of who they are, what they want, and where they wish to go, the tools they wish to sharpen and develop. Help you understand better how you function and foster your individual movement imprint.
Playing the games will develop not only physical capacities, but also your internal/mental capacities. To negotiate the ever-changing scenarios in which you struggle – and partners with whom you play – you will learn to tune into whatever reality you are facing, to sharpen your evaluation, perception, observation, movement co-ordination skills.
ALL THINGS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
TO SURVIVE YOU MUST BE ABLE TO ADAPT.
