May 08, 2016 at Berkeley Yoga Center in Berkeley.
Set in a secluded and gorgeous brick-walled yoga loft in Berkeley, this experience starts with nourishing the mind with a guided meditation, the body with a gentle yoga flow, and the belly with a clean yet delicious Vietnamese dish. Combined with a great community, wonderful conversation, and a chance to take a stroll by the Strawberry Creek, this will be the perfect way to give thanks to our moms without hurting our wallets!
