Are you an athlete? Do you swim, ride a bike, run, hike or regularly play sports? Think you’re not flexible enough to practice yoga? Do you feel like you need to stretch out your hips to help relieve back, hip, or knee pain?
Then check out this class!
“Yoga for Athletes” is a 6-week class incorporating everything an athlete needs to recuperate and recover from just about any sport. Tight hip, thigh, and lower back muscles create a limited range of motion in the joints. This class will help you release the muscles to release the joints. This 60 minute class incorporates very few standing yoga poses and focuses on mat-based postures: the stuff you need to eliminate a tight lower back and hamstrings, as well as simple breathing exercises to develop the lungs and help focus!
You don’t need any yoga experience, most people who take this class are new
to yoga. You don’t need to be flexible, this class will help you with that.
Please bring your own yoga mat.
