And now some words from your host, Atish:
Hi everyone, great to see you here! I’m excited about who we have in store for the next edition of Late Night Tonite. Our guest is someone who is both an influence on me and the entire West Coast scene, none other than DOC MARTIN. Resident Advisor’s bio says it best: “If there was a house DJ in America who could accurately claim to be the most important house DJ working today, it would be Doc Martin. But then, Doc would never accept such a title even if it happens to be true, because Doc is not only a legendary talent but a legendarily humble man.” But I’m not going to be humble on his behalf: he’s played everywhere in the last year: DC10 Ibiza, Fabric London, Trouw Amsterdam, Sunwaves Romania, Cityfox Brooklyn, BPM Festival Mexico…. EVERYWHERE. And his knowledge of music and dance music culture is unmatched.
That’s why I’m also excited about interviewing him. Early in the evening, around 10:30, I get the chance to sit with Doc and discuss all manner of things, pick his brain that’s seen and heard so much, which I’m sure will be enlightening. Afterwards, we’ll play some music. Let’s have some fun.
So, without further ado….
