Janaka Selekta & Suhail Yusuf Khan (Gods Robots)
Evolving from the band Gods Robots (Sony India), San Francisco-based electronic music producer Janaka Selekta and master sarangi player Suhail Yusuf Khan blend virtuoso classical Indian music performance with hard hitting & bass heavy rhythms.
Janaka is a veteran DJ and producer of the West Coast’s underground dance music scene, and is known for his distinctive sound, influenced by dub, dubstep, DnB, breakbeat, reggae, and South Asian folk and classical music.
Sarangi player, Suhail was considered a child prodigy and represents an ancient lineage of Sarangi players. As a touring musician, he travels extensively performing at music festivals and venues around the world. This multifaceted musician is also a singer/song writer and sarangi player for one of India’s most popular bands, ADVAITA. He regularly plays for experimental and world music projects like JAZZ AAR philharmonic (Switzerland), JAMES YORKSTON and SUHAIL YUSUF KHAN DUO (Scotland), SABRI ENSEMBLE (England), HUM ENSEMBLE (India).

Riffat Sultana channels the musical wisdom of 500 years and eleven generations of master vocalists from India and Pakistan. Daughter of legendary classical singer, the late Maestro Ustad Salamat Ali Khan. Riffat is the first woman from her family’s musical lineage to publicly perform in the west. She has performed and recorded with such luminaries as Quincy Jones, Egyptian singer Hakim, producer Narada Michael Walden, and many items with dj Cheb i Sabbah, Riffat performs a wide variety of traditional and modern material from the Indian sub-continent, including, Sufi, Geet, Ghazal, and Filmi. Her acoustic ensemble features instruments including tabla, Dhole, and 12 string guitar. Highlighting her performances are devotional, and ecstatic Sufi songs to great saints like Shahabaz Qalander and Baba Bule Shah, sure to move your heart, soul, and feet!

Bob Duskis is the co-founder of San Francisco based, independent record label Six Degrees Records www.sixdegreesrecords.com and the host of the popular, internet radio broadcast, “Six Degrees Traveler.” In its 20 year history, Six Degrees Records has released a series of genre defying albums from such artists as Cheb i Sabbah, Bebel Gilberto, Karsh Kale, Niyaz, Ceu, The Midival Punditz, Vieux Farka Toure, Dom La Nena and many, many more.
Bob’s DJ sets reflect a similarly eclectic direction as his label, taking a free-form approach to the dance-floor which is rooted in Global Electronica but also explores a wide range of styles, textures & genres.

Daniel Anderson (k̄nautwerk / blondk̄naut) is a San Francisco Bay Area-based VJ, installation
artist, creative technologist, and performer. His projection-mapping installations have graced
cathedrals, historic architectural sites, transformational festivals, and underground nightclubs.
He has VJ’d sets for artists including Karsh Kale, Kaminanda, Sidecar Tommy (of Beats
Antique), and Janaka Selekta (of GODS ROBOTS). He is known for his ever-changing
projection-mapped installations and his consistent use of wearable and gesture-recognition based controllers to conduct his visual sets live, blurring the line between VJing and physical
