Amber Yip, our instructor, is a Mandala parent. Learn more about Amber: Afer doing basic molecular biology research for 10 years, Amber’s life changed when she had her daughter Juniper, and maintaining healthy mental and physical habits became a matter of necessity. As yoga practitioner for over 15 years, she has tried many styles of yoga including Bikram, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Power and Iyengar. She has been influenced by the styles of Ana Forrest, Baron Baptiste, Richard Freeman, and Linda McGrath, among others. She has completed 100 hours of Vinyasa Yoga Teacher training at YogaSource, Los Gatos, and is excited to share the amazing mental and physical benefits of yoga with you!
