History Park, San Jose NEW LOCATION
Join Paul Beaupré, MD Chief Executive Officer, Good Samaritan Hospital and Silicon Valley March for Babies Chair, at the March of Dimes March for Babies® walk in San Jose.
Join us, as we walk together for stronger, healthier babies. March for Babies® is March of Dimes largest fundraiser.
Each year nearly 4,000,000 babies are born in the United States and March of Dimes touches each one of them.
March of Dimes works to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality.
Premature birth is the #1 killer of babies in the United States. One in ten babies are born too soon. Babies who survive an early birth may have lifelong health problems such as cerebral palsy, vision and hearing loss, and learning disabilities.
One day, all babies will be born healthy – but until then we need to walk to raise funds for research, advocacy, community programs, and education. This year more than 7 million supporters will participate in March for Babies in 650 communities nationwide.
You can make a difference. Help raise funds to prevent premature birth and birth defects by walking in March for Babies. Start a team with co-workers, family, or friends. Sign up today at www.marchforbabies.org.
